Is this resort going to be built, is built, or being built? Seems as though you cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Any news would be appricated.
Thanks,
John

Hi Stagehand16,
The plans for East Cape are spectacular and currently we are on schedule to open in approximately two years. As soon as we have any availability regarding opening dates, we will share them on social media and in our monthly newsletter. Follow us on Facebook for all of the latest resort updates!

Guess what, John! It is March 2018 and there are still no Grand Luxxe buildings at Los Cabos. I think Vidanta is giving preference to their corporate partners (Cirque du Soleil, Hakassan, etc.) over the members. When I upgraded in Nuevo Vallarta from the Grand Bliss to the Grand Luxxe Residential Loft, I was told there would be Grand Luxxe units at East Cape. I was led to believe that construction was about to begin. Now fast forward 2 years, and we are a long ways away from occupancy. Zoom backwards to 2010, when I upgraded to the Grand Bliss in Puerto Penasco (which I canceled within the 5 days), I was told there would be Grand Bliss buildings in PP. 8 years later, no Grand Bliss. I believe if a project cannot be completed within 3 years, based upon current accurate financial forecasts, then Vidanta should obtain a bank loan to finance the project (or the project should be excluded from the sales presentation).
