Does anyone know what is happening at this site? Has construction of Grand Luxxe actually started? If not is there any predicted time line?

Give us an updated status. I see you are advertising it at the San Jose airport as of Oct, 2015. Any goals for Mayan Palace opening at the East Cape? Last update was almost two years ago.

I believe Vida Vacations needs to prepare a PowerPoint presentation (English and Spanish) providing: (1) completed projects; (2) projects in-progress; and (3) future planned projects. Too many of these projects appear to linger for too many years. In February 2010 I purchased a Grand Mayan membership in Nuevo Vallarta, and was told about planned developments in Puerto Penasco and Riviera Maya. 6 weeks later, I attended a members update in Puerto Penasco, and was told there would be Grand Bliss and Grand Luxxe buildings in Puerto Penasco. In 2016 I attended another members update in Nuevo Vallarta, and was told about planned projects for East Cape. The sales staff implies construction is about to begin for these projects, when in fact they are delayed for years or decades. 8 years after the promise, there are no Grand Bliss or Grand Luxxe buildings available for occupancy in Puerto Penasco. If these buildings are to be referred to by the sales staff, they should be color coded or pattern coded, if they are not to be completed in the near future. It appears unlikely that any portion of East Cape will be open for business within 2 years.
