I’ve been a member of Vida Vacations for a few years and continue to upgrade based on their concept. Come to find out, after bringing 25 people, that it was a complete lie! What I bought into, won’t be built in Puerto Penasco. In addition, my benefits cannot be used in Puerto Penasco. My family will never go to Vallarta or any other location. I made that clear each time I upgraded. I was promised things that are stipulated in my contract and they fail to honor. I was really naive in this process. I only go one time a year yet I pay 6k plus a year. Not to mention my weeks. I could easily Airbnb. This is a joke. What used to be my family tradition, is no longer. I’ll never go back to Mayan resorts! After spending half a day arguing with people who only said “I’m not familiar with your contract?” Well who is? Be ware! Don’t buy!!!! Just Airbnb and save your money!
