um, isnt the purpose of this board for members to talk to each other? ? I myself am pretty happy about my purchase. I started as a Mayan Palace Owner, upgraded to Grand Mayan and now Grand Bliss.

I started with Grand Mayan and went with 3 BR Luxxe loft. Happy with purchase, although learned the sooner you book the better off you are. Each time I visited "contract renewal" review was painful. Last time was 5 hours as I was a gentleman. Their intent was to get me to upgrade again. Won't happen again. the free breakfast and 10% off amenity charges didn't even come close to time spent.
I say that knowing I could have terminated the discussion at anytime
