We bought our Vacation in 2009, and understood that the first five years were rented back to the resort, and that we would be able to use the facilities or receive rental payment after this time.
In March I received notification that we were overdue, and I responded acknowledging this oversight, but requesting verification of what we actually own. To date we have received very little information and I wonder if anyone can advise where I get this information.
