What’s the best way to get to Mayan Palace Puerto Peñasco?

Hi Roberta,
Have you been to Puerto Peñasco before? It’s absolutely incredible – the destination has so much to offer! The best way to get to Mayan Palace is by car driving from Tuscon, Arizon (3.5 hours) or San Diego (5 hours). We suggest you take advantage of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course at Vidanta Puerto Peñasco; nine of the holes are by the ocean and offer fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez. Have a wonderful vacation!

We prefer all inclusive resorts. Also do not like wearing bracelets indicating level of membership. Insulting. Is there any way around the color coding of members? We feel uncomfortable, like prisoners within the grounds. Perhaps this was unique to Mazatlán?

Hi M Denham,
We truly appreciate your feedback and it is always welcome as it help us continue to improve your experience even more. The bracelets are also intended to be used as a security measure to be able to identify our guests entering and leaving our premises. Even all-inclusive resorts use them to identify their different packages. We are certain there must be an easy way to use them and have them visible; though, feel free to contact us at our Customer Care Centre at 1 800 292 9446, where we can give you personalized assistance and tips. Thank you for being a guest of Vida Vacations!

I am a Mayan Palace Owner at Nuevo Vallarta since 2001. I am very happy with the accomodations associated with my purchase. If all of the Mayan Palace rooms have been torn down to make room for new development and only 50 rooms remain, how can I be assured that I can get booked at Nuevo Vallarta. It seems to be nearly an immpossible request.
